#europeanfilmchallenge is part of a large European interactive project, involving the use of innovative and digital promotional techniques and tools, to contribute to greater circulation of European films on different platforms. The competition takes place simultaneously in eight European countries: Lithuania, Latvia, Portugal, Spain, the Czech Republic, Northern Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia. The organizers are Kinobize, Beldocs, Aerofilms, Blink 42-21, The Film Agency, Kino Metropolis and the Association of Filmmakers in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The project is implemented with the support of the European Union through the Creative Europe MEDIA program.
Film lovers over the age of 18 from these 8 countries can take part in the #europeanfilmchallenge and compete for valuable prizes, a trip to the prestigious film festivals in Berlin, Cannes and Venice. Audiences from Serbia are invited to watch 10 European films on different platforms (internet, cinemas, festivals, television, etc.), upload the name of the film and the platform on which the film was shown, post a photo as proof and the hashtag #europeanfilmchallenge on europeanfilmchallenge.eu
