The film portrays the legendary bar Šumi in Ljubljana in the 70s and 80s, and its visitors: artists, swindlers, scientists, bohemians, losers, intellectuals, coquettes and starlets. Šumi, a legendary meeting place where systemic and anti-systemic did not matter. Chubby was great, and the imprint of his hand remains.
