Simon and Marianne
Pier-Luc Latulippe, Martin Fournier — Canada — 2024 — 63'
Simon lives with inoperable brain cancer. With the support of Marianne, his partner, he lives out his last days, vulnerable, lucid and never more present in the moment. Filmed exclusively at night, this black and white documentary depicts their relationship full of love, loyalty, mutual support and passion. During their last summer together, they are happy, harmonious and never more alive. But how will they say goodbye to each other?
